So tomorrow is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A. What does that mean?  If you dress head to toe like a cow, you get a free meal. If you partially dress like a cow, you get a free entree.  I thought it would be fun to dress the kids up and head over to Chick-Fil-A!  It’s not really about the free food….more about a fun project for the kids and I to complete and a for a fun lunch date!

So the kids and I started by making t-shirts.  I painted a Chick-Fil-A slogan onto each shirt. I then outlined spots for the kids to paint.  They had a blast painting their shirts:)  Next we made cow headbands. We took a cheap piece of felt and made a headband for each kid.  I cut cow ears out of felt too and then sewed them onto the headbands.  For the girls, I made black and white tutus.  For Connor man, I made a nice cow tail.  Here are a few pictures of our costumes.  I will post kids in costumes tomorrow!
